TEXTILE BUILDING RESIDENCE

Kitchen and bath design in a notable pre-war co-op. The kitchen features quarter sawn oak veneer base cabinets and white lacquer wall cabinets, Caesarstone counter, glass mosaic backsplash and stainless steel appliances and fixtures.

FEATURES

The bath features a shower with travertine walls, Vola fixtures and rain shower and a fold down teak seat, and a towel warmer and double porcelain vanity by Lacava with a custom backlit mirror.

The living room and bedrooms contain custom built in storage and shelving at the windows. Floors were refinished throughout, and recessed art lighting was installed.
