ANSONIA RESIDENCE

In a landmark building on the Upper West Side with commanding views of Broadway, a combination of three apartments, totaling 3,500 SF. The design calls for the removal of several existing walls, allowing for an open, functional plan, while preserving the apartment's numerous historic details.

FEATURES

On one side of the combined apartment, a grand foyer leads to a refined entertaining spaces, including formal living and dining rooms, and a modern media room. On the other side of the apartment, a more private area contains spacious bedrooms and bathrooms.
