A new building containing 94 units in the up and coming Crown Heights neighborhood. The building, designed by Karl Fischer Architects, emphasizes the artistic nature and diversity of Brooklyn culture. S3 matched this through the interior design, bringing pops of color to the rustic and chic use of materials throughout the common spaces. The apartment interiors feature bright, intimate spaces while still drawing on the raw materiality of the construction process. Additional features include a lobby / lounge, gym and roof terrace.
