The rules are broken in this transformation of a studio apartment into a one bedroom. Custom designed lacquered casework containing clothes storage on one side and office storage on the other, is installed to separate the new bedroom from the living room. More custom design elements include aluminum and frosted glass doors, kitchen cork flooring, gouged wood doors at TV/media cabinet and kitchen bar, blue glass walls to simulate windows, bamboo inspired bath tile, sliding glass shower, agglomerate stone counters and bath floor. An outdoor terrace extends the living space with uninterrupted New York skyline views.
